The Athletic Capsule

Every school has runners. Not every school has someone who turns them into believers.

For nearly a decade, teacher and coach Mrs. Gillis has led Dundas Central’s cross-country and track teams — pushing kids to sprint harder, dig deeper and discover what they’re capable of.

This spring’s Athletic Capsule celebrates that legacy: vintage running-club graphics, timeless athletic colours, and gear made for playground sprints, early practices and dramatic finish-line moments.
