When you place an order with The Hollow, here’s what you’re agreeing to:

• You're cool with our timeline — most orders take about 3 weeks to complete, but it can vary depending on the item and time of year. We’ll always do our best to keep you posted.
• You understand that everything is made to order, which means all sales are final unless there’s a mistake on our end (wrong item, misprint, etc.).
• All of the designs, logos, and photos you see on our site are original and belong to The Hollow — please don’t use them without permission.
• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if something doesn’t look right (but don’t worry — we’ll always reach out and keep you in the loop).

Basically: we’ll be fair, transparent, and kind — and we hope you will too.
