Refund policy
At The Hollow, everything is made just for you — custom printed, packed, and prepped with care. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
That said, we absolutely want you to be happy with your order.
If something’s wrong on our end — like a misprint, wrong item, or quality issue — please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
To report an issue, just email us at hello@thehollow.co with:
- Your order number
- A quick note describing the issue
- A photo or two so we can see what went wrong
We’ll take a look and get back to you as soon as we can.
Not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items (unless there’s a mistake on our end)
- Items you’ve changed your mind about
- Anything reported more than 7 days after delivery
